Space 4 Women
Space perceived and thought by women
Space for Women is an informal, global and collaborative network of women who share the common goals of creating advancement opportunities for women in space arenas worldwide, and of applying space technologies to improve the lives of girls and women around the world.
The group emerged from the United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs (UNOOSA) “Space for Women” experts meeting held in New York in October 2017, and from UNISPACE + 50 in Vienna, Austria, in June 2018.
Space for Women has a commitment to work collaboratively as a global organization, to encourage and support formation of regional and local groups, and to highlight activities of group members and others working to advance our goals.
